Cancellation Policy
***PLEASE READ!!!!!!!!****** -Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE all remaining balances are to be settled 14 days prior to the day services are being rendered. PLEASE DO NOT book until you are absolutely positive. DEPOSITS are to secure your service date, based on availability. -BOOKINGS made less than 2 weeks are subject to an additional fee! - CANCELLATIONS must be made no less than 48 hours prior to he date of service. Rescheduling will be at the discretion of Chef Ru's availability. A cancellation policy form will be emailed to you and it must be signed before bookings are finalized.
