When Chef Ru created Artistic Eating it was because she wanted to share her talents and love of food with the world.  It was during a time when the world looked uncertain that she decided to take Artistic Eating to social media, hosting LIVE cooking segments to bring people together.  Chef Ru came up with the name"Artistic Eating" because she felt that a empty plate is much like a blank canvas. Throughout the years, the experiences Chef Ru has had truly shaped her critically acclaimed style of cooking. Each recipe she prepares is a journey through the places and memories that she loves the most. She believes that every dish should be savored and shared.
